Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator (International Markets: USA &amp; GCC)Location: SE1, LondonReports to: Supply Chain ManagerDepartment: Supply Chain / Category &amp; ProductEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to £40k Role Overview:Black Sheep Coffee is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage our international supply chain operations, with a primary focus on the USA and GCC (Middle East) markets. This role is vital to our long-term strategy to localize supply chains, ensuring efficient stock flow, optimizing logistics, supporting international stores and franchisees, and maintaining strict quality controls to ensure high-quality products. Additionally, the role will have a strong emphasis on regular price benchmarking, price reviews, and deep dives into the cost of goods to maximize margins while upholding our commitment to product excellence. Key Responsibilities:Including but are not limited to:<ul><li>International Stock Management: Maintain optimal stock levels in the USA and GCC, aligning replenishment with demand and quality standards.</li><li>Store-Level Inventory Control: Ensure store stock meets customer demand, creating regional delivery schedules and reducing reliance on UK imports.</li><li>Franchisee Support: Develop onboarding materials and support franchisees in inventory and stock ordering best practices.</li><li>Price Benchmarking &amp; COGS Analysis: Regularly review pricing and analyze costs to optimize margins while maintaining quality.</li><li>Category &amp; Product Range: Lead range reviews to optimize the menu, minimize waste, and ensure profitability.</li><li>Inventory Systems &amp; Supplier Relations: Maintain accurate records in Nory and manage supplier relationships to uphold quality.</li><li>Order Coordination &amp; Tracking: Coordinate orders across time zones, handling logistics and quality checks.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Data Analysis: Utilize PowerBI for insights on inventory turnover, COGS, and quality trends.</li><li>Process Optimization: Drive improvements to enhance quality and efficiency across the supply chain.</li><li>Customer Query Management: Oversee eCommerce customer support for the USA and GCC, ensuring high service standards.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in supply chain coordination, particularly in international markets, with a focus on the USA and GCC regions.</li><li>Solid understanding of stock management, including cross-border stock movements, regional inventory control, and delivery scheduling.</li><li>Strong experience in price benchmarking, price reviews, and cost of goods analysis, with a focus on maintaining product quality and maximizing margins.</li><li>Experience onboarding franchisees, creating guides and materials focused on quality assurance and best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in Zendesk or other ticketing systems for operational support.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with suppliers and franchisees.</li><li>Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, logistics, and quality control across time zones.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI, and the Nory inventory management system.</li></ul> Benefits: <ul><li>Annual discretionary bonus - up to 15% of salary paid in previous year</li><li>Unlimited coffee - Barista made from any of our stores</li><li>50% discount on food &amp; smoothies from any of our stores</li><li>Free breakfast in the office and commercial coffee machine</li><li>Quarterly team socials and a fully stocked drinks fridge</li></ul> We are a relatively young company with a very ambitious future.
