Location: Southwark, London (Full time in-office)Team: Data &amp; AnalyticsReports to: Head of Data &amp; AnalyticsSalary: Up to £42,000 per annum About the RoleWe’re looking for a curious and commercially minded Pricing &amp; Promotion Analyst to join the Data team at Black Sheep Coffee. You’ll play a key role in understanding how pricing and promotions drive performance across our global stores by turning data into decisions that shape our strategy, margins, and customer experience. You’ll work closely with members of the Data Team, Marketing team, Finance, and senior stakeholders to analyse the impact of price changes, test promotional performance, and develop insights that help us offer customers great value while driving sustainable growth across markets. A big part of your role will be helping to define and refine our pricing strategy across the UK, US, and GCC, balancing customer perception, competitive positioning, and margin performance. You’ll use data to guide how we price for value in different markets and ensure our offering remains consistent, fair, and compelling globally.
