You will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the store and use your experience to drive results and productivity. <ul><li>Forecast and deploy labour effectively, create team rotas to meet targets/budgets</li><li>Ensure all compliance/health and safety standards are met. Keeping the store running smoothly</li><li>Drive sales, profit and service excellence for your store and completing financial reports/stock takes</li><li>Team Management; monitor quality of service and performance, coach and inspire your team!</li></ul> What we’re looking forWe are after experienced and enthusiastic Managers who can drive sales and exceed KPI’s.
