Position Overview:

Our Property Manager will be central to planning, budgeting, and delivering on both corporate and franchise projects across our stores. This includes managing the entire project lifecycle, from budgeting and contract handling to overseeing work on-site.


Working with various teams and suppliers, you’ll ensure our investments are efficient, cost-effective, and well-aligned with business goals.


You will be responsible for creating and implementing CAPEX budgets and managing variations and negotiating final accounts on behalf of and in conjunction with our franchisee partners.


Responsibilities:

  • CAPEX & Budgeting: Creating and managing budgets for new openings, remodels, and maintenance projects.
  • Project Management: Coordinating project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring everything stays on track and within scope.
  • Supplier & Contract Management: Negotiating and managing vendor contracts, ensuring compliance, cost savings, and consistent quality.
  • Cost Management & QS: Estimating costs, keeping projects within budget, and tracking all expenses to maximize efficiency.
  • Compliance & Risk: reviewing supplier safety standards, regulations, and compliance tasks.
  • Reporting & KPIs: Providing regular project updates and maintaining a KPI dashboard for management. Reporting directly to the Senior property Manager.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in project management, Quantity surveying, supply chain, or similar fields in retail or F&B settings.
  • Skills: Strong budgeting, negotiation, and communication abilities, plus experience with project management tools and Excel.
  • Mindset: Detail-oriented, a strategic thinker, and a team player who can adapt to multiple priorities. Robust and able to adapt to an ever-changing landscape.
