Your role will include but is not limited to...
- Professionally handle customer issues and empower the team to prioritize customer needs and recommend products.
- Excel in a customer-facing role with strong product knowledge and a passion for specialty coffee.
- Communicate clearly with the team, setting goals and providing regular feedback to foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with the store manager for effective team development.
- Manage sales targets and minimize waste, especially for food items; adept at stock management.
- Ensure efficient team scheduling and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Quickly address in-store issues, including maintenance and emergencies, in a calm and efficient manner.
- Uphold food safety standards and demonstrate confidence in DM & AD standards during inspections.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or hospitality in the UAE, supervisory roles preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, aimed at creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Leadership qualities with a dynamic and proactive approach to team management.
- Fluency in English is a must; additional language skills are advantageous.
