Also providing insightful analysis to support business decision-making. Ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and other relevant standards. Experience with Netsuite would be preferred but not essential.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring financial performance against these targets.

- Liaison with UK Finance: Act as the key point of contact between the US operations and the UK finance team, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of financial strategies.

- Ad hoc Financial Projects: Lead or contribute to financial projects as required by the business.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience setting up or significantly contributing to the setup of a finance function.

- Knowledge of US GAAP, tax, and other regulatory requirements relevant to the US.

- Proficiency in financial software and systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

- A challenging and rewarding role with significant opportunities for personal and professional growth.

- The chance to be a key player in the US expansion of an innovative and fast-growing international company.
