Position: Head of Franchising

Position Overview:
The Head of Franchising will play a key role in expanding Black Sheep Coffee across the UK, fostering relationships with new and existing franchisees. This role focuses on building long-term, collaborative partnerships with franchisees to increase our brand’s presence across the UK. The goal for 2025 is to achieve full UK territorial coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Expansion and Growth: Build out our franchise partner network to cover all target markets across the UK.
- Onboarding & Support: Ensure a seamless onboarding journey for new franchisees and smooth transitions to all key support functions including Property & New Shop Opening teams.
- Franchisee Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships, efficient feedback loops, and open channels for communication.
- Collaboration: Work closely with all departments in the Support Office team to deliver the best-in-market franchising opportunity for existing and future franchise partners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in franchising, business development, or a related field, preferably in coffee or food & beverage and retail sector.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with franchise legal processes and contract management.
