Black Sheep Coffee are looking for an experienced New Store Openings (NSO) Manager to join the Operations team to support our ambitious growth plans. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience planning and leading the openings of new shops across the UK.

The Role...


Reporting into the Operations Director, this role will act as the central coordinator between all Support Office support functions in the weeks prior to opening new shops openings across the UK. This will include company owned and franchised stores.


This role will require extensive travel across the UK and regular overnight stays.



About you...


  • Experience as a passionate and motivated Manager that has been responsible for more than one store and experience opening new shops within the QSR / Hospitality sector
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Great leadership and management ability
  • The ability to motivate and inspire others
  • A desire to mix things up and play with the status quo
  • A strong understanding of compliance and ability to ensure standards are met across all locations
  • Ability to plan, map and project manage key milestones / activity along the NSO process for all workstreams
