What you’ll be doing

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for one of our many thriving locations. You will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the store and use your experience to drive results and productivity.

Forecast and deploy labor effectively and create team schedules to meet targets/budgets.
Ensure all compliance and health and safety standards are met, keeping the store running smoothly.
Drive sales, profit, and service excellence for your store and complete financial reports/stock takes.
Team Management: Monitor quality of service and performance, coach, and inspire your team.

What we’re looking for

We are after experienced and enthusiastic Managers who can drive sales and exceed KPIs, with a strong background in team management and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for people who are driven, communicative, and passionate about all things coffee!

Requirements:

Previous coffee experience.
Monday to Sunday flexibility.
2–3 years of store management experience.
Food Handler’s Manager Certification is essential but can be acquired once onboard.
Provide 3 professional references.
