Black Sheep Coffee are looking for an experienced Content Creator to join the Learning & Development Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to get stuck in and further develop their career in a rapidly growing business across multiple markets including UK, USA, GCC to name a few.

The Role...

Working with the following Key Stakeholders Operations Director, Training Manager, Senior Trainer, Compliance Manager, HR Manager and working in collaboration with other departments on project roll out training, design, create and maintain all training materials which includes operations manuals, e-learning modules (Flow), training videos etc.

About you...

This is a busy role, and you will need to use your previous learning and development content creation experience and design skills to be successful. After an initial review of the current learning and development offering you will create a 30/60/90-day plan to outline your priorities before setting out and looking to stamp your mark.

Essential requirements – Skills, Qualifications & Experience

ESSENTIAL: Previous experience in a training or learning and development role with content creation & design at the heart.

ESSENTIAL: Previous experience working in QSR, hospitality sector

ESSENTIAL: Able to use a multitude of design programs such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent to design market leading content.

ESSENTIAL: Fluent in English (Verbal / Written)

DESIRABLE: Coffee knowledge

You are super organised, proactive and solutions-focused

You are a people person and love working as part of a team
