What You'll Do:

  • Create Strategies: Develop and roll out marketing plans that fit our brand and business goals.
  • Keep Our Brand Strong: Make sure our brand looks and sounds great everywhere.
  • Rock Digital Marketing: Run and fine-tune our digital campaigns on social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
  • Craft Awesome Content: Lead the creation of engaging content that our audience will love.
  • Dig Into Market Trends: Research market trends and customer preferences to shape our marketing strategies.
  • Plan Events: Organize events and campaigns to boost our brand's visibility and engagement.
  • Build Partnerships: Find and manage partnerships with influencers, media, and other brands to grow our reach.
  • Manage the Budget: Handle the marketing budget and make sure we're spending wisely.
  • Analyze and Improve: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for future efforts.
  • Lead the Marketing Team: Guide and inspire a creative and innovative marketing team.


What You Need:

  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, or something similar. A Master's is a bonus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with experience in the Middle East or GCC.
  • Tech Skills: Good grasp of digital marketing tools and techniques, including analytics and CRM platforms.
  • Creativity: A knack for coming up with cool marketing campaigns.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Personal Traits: Energetic, passionate about coffee, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
